Nathan’s Famous: Seattle Style

Ingredients
- 1 package Nathan’s Famous hot dogs
- 6-8 top split hot dog buns
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened about 1/2 c.
- 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- mayonnaise optional
- Ketchup and mustard optional
Instructions
- Allow hot dogs to come near room temp before cooking. Place over LOW on pre-heated grill. Once skin starts to glisten, turn hot dogs over and cook until toasted evenly on all sides.
- Spread 1 T. cream cheese on inside bottom half of each bun. Place hot dogs on buns.
- Top with sauerkraut, pickle relish, and onion.
- Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard if desired. Enjoy!
