Allow hot dogs to come near room temp before cooking. Place over LOW on pre-heated grill. Once skin starts to glisten, turn hot dogs over and cook until toasted evenly on all sides.
Spread 1 T. cream cheese on inside bottom half of each bun. Place hot dogs on buns.
Top with sauerkraut, pickle relish, and onion.
Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard if desired. Enjoy!
