She’s Mulling It Over Wine
  1. Combine wine, sugar, and water in slow cooker
  2. Rinse cheesecloth, squeeze out water
  3. Wrap cinnamon sticks and cloves in cheesecloth, tie securely and place in slow cooker
  4. Add orange slices to wine and spice mix
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2 ½ hours
  6. Discard spice bag
  7. Ladle into mugs and serve
Recipe Notes

Since this recipe adds some spice, save your expensive vintage wine for another occasion. Your grocery-store variety will do just fine.
Keep the lid on the cooker closed the entire time. Stand back when opening the lid – the steam will be hot!
