Put A Steak In It Diane
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 4 rib eye steaks 1/2 inch thick
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 T. butter divided
- 3 t. green onions, chopped
- 1 t. prepared mustard
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. parsley
- 1 t. fresh chives, minced
Instructions
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 T. butter in skillet, stir in onions and mustard. Add steaks. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks from heat. Set aside.
- Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining 2 T. butter to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Add parsley and chives.
- Pour sauce over over steaks. Enjoy!
