Put A Steak In It Diane

Ingredients

  • 4 rib eye steaks 1/2 inch thick
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 4 T. butter divided
  • 3 t. green onions, chopped
  • 1 t. prepared mustard
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. parsley
  • 1 t. fresh chives, minced

Instructions

  • Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2 T. butter in skillet, stir in onions and mustard. Add steaks. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Remove steaks from heat. Set aside.
  • Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and remaining 2 T. butter to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Add parsley and chives.
  • Pour sauce over over steaks. Enjoy!
