Nathan’s Famous: California Style

  • 1 package Nathan’s Famous hot dogs
  • 6-8 flour tortillas
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. alfalfa sprouts


  • Allow hotdogs to come near room temp before cooking. Place over LOW on pre-heated grill. Once skin starts to glisten, turn hot dogs over and cook until toasted evenly on all sides. Remove from grill, set aside.
  • While hot dogs are cooling, slice one large avocado in half. Twist to remove pit. Slice into ¼” pieces.
  • Slice one large tomato into ¼” pieces.
  • Rinse alfalfa sprouts.
  • Place hot dog at edge of a tortilla. Garnish with avocado, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, and mango salsa. Fold one end of tortilla toward the center. Starting with the hot dog end, roll tortilla until wrapped. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
