Lavender Blueberry Quick Bread

Lavender Blueberry Quick Bread
Bake: 1 hour
Makes: 2 loaves
Ingredients
- 2-1/4 c. cake flour
 - 1-1/2 c. sugar
 - 2 T. baking powder
 - 1 t. salt
 - 3/4 c. cold butter
 - 4 eggs
 - 2 c. cold milk
 - 2 t. vanilla extract
 - 2 T. dried lavender buds
 - 3 c. fresh blueberries
 
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
 - In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
 - Gently fold in lavender buds and blueberries. Pour into two 9″ x 5″ loaf pans.
 - Bake at 350° F for 60-70 minutes until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
