Instructions
In a large bowl, combine garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sugar, water, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Mix with a spoon until sugar is well-dissolved.
Add the sliced beef and gently stir until beef is evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Cook beef on a preheated pan or a grill until browned.
Transfer to a plate or bowl to serve. Garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
