canned pumpkin

evaporated milk

cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
ground ginger
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/8
teaspoon
ground cloves

large eggs, slightly beaten

unbaked pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F. Mix the ingredients in the order given. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce the oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Double recipe for 2 pies.
