Lavender Blueberry Quick Bread

cold butter

vanilla extract

dried lavender buds

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
Gently fold in lavender buds and blueberries. Pour into two 9″ x 5″ loaf pans.
Bake at 350° F for 60-70 minutes until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
