Slice jalapeños lengthwise, remove seeds. Dice. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, and honey.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until moistened.
Gently fold in diced jalapeños.
Pour into a greased 9” x 13” baking pan. Bake at 400º F for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares; serve warm.
