Marshmallow Creme Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 c. confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 16 oz. tub marshmallow cream

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
  • Beat in one-fourth of the sugar until fluffy, then repeat with remaining sugar.
  • Beat in vanilla. Stir in the marshmallow cream until smooth.
