    Instructions
    1. Allow hot dogs to come near room temp before cooking. Place over LOW on pre-heated grill. Once skin starts to glisten, turn hot dogs over and cook until toasted evenly on all sides.
    2. Spread 1 T. cream cheese on inside bottom half of each bun. Place hot dogs on buns.
    3. Top with sauerkraut, pickle relish, and onion.
    4. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard if desired. Enjoy!
