Mix together dry ingredients in a square 8″x 8″ baking dish. Create 3 holes in the flour mixture. Fill each hole with a different liquid ingredient, then add the water. Whisk together and pour into glass baking dish (no greasing or flouring necessary, as it will not stick).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Remove from oven and allow cake to cool completely. Frost cake and serve.
